1976-1994 Quality Stairs Inc. Started at the bottom and worked my way to an estimator. I learned business structure, importance of organization and implementation of all levels of business development and operations. I learned my skills from old world craftsmen who were the best in the field. I continue to strive to supply my customers with high quality and satisfaction in the ever changing field of stairway and hand railing building. I continue to learn and develop products and techniques that improve and stretch the limitations of standard practices. My goal is to continue to grow and develop our business and establish a legacy in our field.

Shop clean up (first job) from 1979 to 1983. Family business so I started pretty young only 11 years old. First pay checks were 12.00 a day until my teen age days when I demanded hourly compensation. 3.25 an hour was a big raise increase in 1981. Started Mills man apprenticeship from 1983 to 1985 then Carpenters Union until 1989. Estimator and project manager from 1991-1993. The years spent here were the foundation of the career I choose. A lot of great memories and projects.
