• Offshore buyer dealing with HSBC's affiliates in Hong Kong and suppliers across the globe to manage all Human Resource, Professional Services and Marketing related procurement contracts. • Proven track record of delivering smooth and timely contract execution with projects worth up to 200k USD being closed ahead of the required timeline. • Participate actively in all team hurdle exercises with the aim of improving existing processes, shorten case closure time and enhance satisfaction level of Stakeholders. • Manage users' enquiries effectively and maintain good rapport with all stakeholders.

Procurement Officer - Technical Sourcing (September 2016 – Present) ⦁ Overseen all inventory and equipment purchases, performed sourcing functions (eRFQ, Tender and E-Bidding exercise) efficiently and achieved cost savings up to RM100k without compromising on the quality of the product or services. ⦁ Identified list of frequently ordered items, forecasted the demand and created new procurement contracts to reduce delivery lead time to less than 7days and achieved 30% cost reduction. ⦁ Performed enterprise-wide assessment of suppliers’ assets and capabilities before allowing them to register with the company. ⦁ Pool of suppliers was expanded by 50% through effective supplier outreach program.

Procurement Officer - Policies & Compliance (July 2014 – August 2016) ⦁ Ensured enforcement of established policies by conducting spend analysis and audits. ⦁ Conducted trainings and workshops to ensure internal stakeholders are well-versed on the company’s latest policies. ⦁ Trained administrative personnel to support all buyers and suppliers on enquiries pertaining to SAP, ARIBA buyer and ARIBA sourcing platforms. ⦁ Appointed as the data custodian of SAP system to verify and maintain correct categorization and labelling of warehouse stock items aiming to achieve efficient and effective usage.
