-Responsible for daily operational. Procure needs such as planning, issuing and follow up purchase order against direct material, indirect material, components and machines. -Obtain quotation for indirect materials, NPI and mass production from various of suppliers locally and across the globe. -Price negotiation for cost savings activities. -Follow up closely with vendors for commitment date. -Communicate with overseas and local suppliers. -Execute internal order processing procedures with MRP process. -Pull in and push out orders based on customer’s demand. -Maintain inventory target effectively. -Working closely with Purchasing Manager, project team and engineer to achieve company’s goals. -Handling major customer’s account which is US customers, -Create Bill of Materials (BOM) -Monthly stock take activities. -Involve in RTV, ECN and EOM.

• In charged of power supply upgrading for Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) system for MRT stations. • Program the RTU system using Control Expert programme (Schneider PLC) • Troubleshooting for program and hardware for RTU system • Coordinate the works with design engineer and technician for projects • Carry out Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) • Training of junior staff • Liaise with the customer to monitor and update the testing programme and work schedule

-Provide support to sales, attend to calls/emails and assist with enquiries -Source and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with local/oversea suppliers -Understand customers’ requirements and prepare sales quotations -Coordinate and monitor all orders and request by customers closely -Liaise with key customers and vendors to arrange shipment/delivery and invoicing aspects -Work closely with Accounts to ensure smooth workflow -Ensure inventory documentation are updated accurately and timely -Generate documents (Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invoice)
