• Co-Led installation of 03 end-of-line testing stations for Indian motorcycle line, coordinating cross-site teams in USA, Thailand & China achieved installation to SOP readiness. • Generated annual savings of $20,000 and one-time savings of $30,000 for Polaris through testing process improvements and fixture redesign. • Increased EOL station efficiency from 62% to > 95%, sustained performance since Oct 2024. • Reduced the false detection of Cold Test Station from 2% to ~ 0% to reduced scrap cost spare part and labor cost for rework products. • Control SQCD of Testing team to meet with factory goals. • Performed PFMEA for dynamometer process and implemented 100% countermeasures. • Defined and optimized Test limit based on Lean sigma to enhance reliability & stability for Test station. • Developed and standardized testing process for dynamometer, cold test, and leak test stations, created testing plans and PM schedules. • Lead investigation for 4 strokes engine failures at EOL by analysis data from Bauer, ETAS, INCA and provided corrective actions to cross function teams. • Report engine failed system issue to the US team and discuss for the corrective actions plan.

• Led success overhaul & maintenance project for Chiller system at Terumo. • Plan & management daily work of technical team. • Plan and perform maintenance service & troubleshooting for HVAC, Chiller, Air dryer in customer sites. • Research & provide Kaizen & automation solutions for customers. • Training maintenance skills for associates. • Standardize maintenance workflow for technical team.

• Led success to develop Oil auto filling machine for replacement manually in Honda. Reduced 12 min/Engine cycle time. Reduce missing fill oil case from 4 cases/year down to 0 case/year. • Co-led success for building alarm control system, Welding points counter system for Honda factory. • Plan & monitor daily work of electrical maintenance team. • Perform Mitsubishi PLC programming, HMI design and daily trouble shooting. • Annual training for skill up team’s members. Led success project set up Yaskawa 6 axis at Honda for training.
