End-to-end delivery of implementation projects for StreamWIDE’s Solutions to our end customers, telecommunication carriers and integrators. Managing the solutions integration and software implementation process through phases of requirements gathering, analysis, design, build/customization, system integration, acceptance testing, production implementation, and transition to support. Technical Environment --- IBM and HP Hardware, VMware, Redhat Linux, CentOS, Shell, Ansible, Python, Centreon, Redis, MySQL, Memcached, Nginx, Apache, SIP, Diameter, SMPP, CAMEL, SOAP, XML/RPC, Wireshark

* Work closely with Application Suppliers and the Operations Manager to perform traditional system * support duties, participate in knowledge sharing and provide support as needed * ▪ Work closely with the internal non-technical team to solve user issues, transfer knowledge and provide * the best support possible. * ▪ Willingness to take initiative and to overcome obstacles to achieve organizational and company goals * ▪ Use the analytical skills and Project Management skills to control the integration and that the supplier respect the SLAs * ▪ Participate in designing and implementing new technical solutions for the business lines, using best * practices and company standards

* ▪ Identify and monitor configuration and process gaps leading to revenue loss, risk identification, * integrity of Data insurance, as well as identification of revenue enhancement opportunities. * ▪ Responsible to provide technical and configuration support to the financial, RA, billing systems and teams, development of new controls and maintenance/updating existing ones. * ▪ Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence tools. (ETL , SSIS, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SSAS Cubes, data warehouse , SSRS , etc.).

* ▪ Live supervision of the company network infrastructure and service provision components to grantee * the good quality of service with customer and supplier * ▪ Supervises the functioning of network components and makes sure that they are active and problem * free. * ▪ Detects and identifies the nature of the problem and uses proper precautions to solve the problem.
