Develop pharmacies team to reach peak performance through evaluation, coaching &counselling. 4. Improve interdepartmental communication through regular communication meetings and organizing and sharing in monthly Team building activities with pharmacies team. 5. Re-Enforce Company Reputation through assuring Pharmacies’ compliance with regulatory requirements (awareness, follow up, reporting ...). 6. Follow up the availability of items and transfer Items between pharmacies to ensure the maintaining of the optimum stock. 7. Follow up, manage and transfer near expired items between pharmacies to minimize expiry returns value. 8. Give regular market feedback (competitors, new location, new items, infra structure changes...etc). 9. Lead and supervise pharmacies teams to assure waste and cost reduction (monthly expenses and discounts, NTI consumption, electricity & telephone bills ...). 10. Ensure store readiness through following up of maintenance issues, POS, SPAN... 11. Manage visual merchandiser to assure the implementation of merchandise activities (re-pricing, promotions, in store activities....) 12.Communication Transmit Information To/from Internal Pharmacies crew - Store operation Management - IT – Commercial - Supply - Governmental Affairs – finance.......
