April, 2024 – Present MEP Director at Jeddah Tower Project June, 2015 – March 2024 During this period, I was handling two different projects for two different scope of works: (1) MEP/LC Systems Manager at Jeddah Tower (Act as Project Director Assistance for the MEP Works) (2) Facility Manager representing the main contractor at Makkah Clock Project. As the Facility Manager of the Makkah clock project until February 28, 2023, I was responsible for overseeing all O&M activities. My main duties included managing both soft and hard facilities by leading the O&M team through weekly and monthly meetings, reviewing maintenance plans, and approving O&M monthly invoices. Additionally, I prepared the technical part of claims for the Ministry of Finance (client). May, 2009 – June, 2015 MEP/LC Construction Manager at Makkah Clock Project (Project director assistance for the MEP Works) Key Achievements: Effectively managed each subcontractor's scope of work, established site demarcation, consistently managed subcontractors to expedite installation, testing, and commissioning, resulting in an effective site handover.
