„h Extract weekly a measuring report called OSM, analysis the failures, distribute the result to the operation and customs managers then collect the feedback with the corrective action plans. „h Organize and keep monitoring the implementation process of the corrective action plan to ensure full compliance to the agreed arrangement. „h Keep communication and cooperate with FedEx coordinator in Dubai to continue the improvement in EG OSM. „h Provide Operation director with a weekly report shows the exceptions status analysis and how it move. „h Follow the operation incentive program and keep linking it with the operation employees¡¦ performance, send monthly report show the performance percentage to operation director. „h Have a daily follow up to all the last day scan scenarios in order to achieve 100% scan compliance. „h Provide Operation Managers with a daily report show the both of customer and couriers exceptions and work with them to reduce the number of exceptions. „h Communicate any new process either for inbound or outbound and make sure that the relevant employees are following it. „h Acting as Operation manager in his absence.

 Dealing with consignee concerning all customs clearance process till shipment release; answer customer inquiries and feed him back on every clearance step.  Supervising the brokers in all their daily duty in airport  Track and trace caged shipments till release.  Expedite the movement of incoming and outgoing freight delivery to reduce the inventory shipments. 3  Handling customs billing issue as per shipper billing request whether the duties bill to consignee, shipper, or third party.  Dealing with airport clearance team and following up with them all clearance steps within deadline.  The assigned agent of the Customs Customer Care Program and the transit shipments in addition to the return shipments and shipment which needs to be destroyed.  Pushing our airport broker to reduce the dwell time of cage shipments.  Handling all the Export Shipments with its different types.  Coordinating between shipper, recipient and customs regulations.  Following up the customs procedures with shipper and recipient.
