- Handle all shipments of Al Effat Trading from the day order is confirmed to the day goods arrive at the warehouse - Handle and follow up requests for quotations from equipment suppliers - Handle and follow up equipment quotations to customers - Handle and follow up all shipments of equipment division - Closely monitor all expenses of clearing agent - Get shipping quotations from different shipping companies to get the best prices for shipments - Deal with multiple clearing agents to get the best service with the lowest possible rates - Represent Al Effat Trading in tenders

- Receiving purchase agreement from High management. - Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, payment facilities, reliability, and production and distribution capabilities. - Start negotiation with Supplier to make contract and arrange the"​ INCOTERMS " required document and payment terms., - Processes purchasing requests using the Integrated Electronic Enterprise Resource Management System (ORACLE). - Getting the import license from the competent authorities. - Processing the L/C & B/C of the shipments. - Following up the customs broker to release the goods on time to avoid demurrage, penalties, storage and stowage. - Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come to stores in on time, and in the event of Problems trace shipments and follow up undelivered goods. - Regular update and aware with materials available in main store after reviewing main store inventory list in coordination main storekeeper. - Provide reports and statistical data as requested for high management, financial department.

- Arrange shipments, prepare and approve orders, manage pricing information and release invoices. Send documentation that coincides with shipments and importation and are responsible for maximizing space capacity and coordinating schedules with the warehouse. They interact with customers, manage their personal staff and coordinate with other teams. - May have to manage the traffic department and traffic coordinators. Spot import and export compliance risks and come up with risk assessment measures. - Must be up-to-date on regulatory changes and adapt appropriately. Also responsible for reducing costs as well, negotiate freight rates.

- Handling, recruiting, interviewing participants and managing volunteers for all AWTAD activities and programs. Recruiting and managing AWTAD members and member packages. Working within programs to assist outreaching, monitoring and evaluating program outputs within different programs. - Taking the responsibility of organizing and promoting the presentation sessions in coordination with the marketing expert in AWTAD. - Identifying possible governmental agencies and other NGO's to cooperate with.
