ERP Implementation & Support - Lead or participate in full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations (e.g., Kinetic, E10) - Configure and customize Epicor modules based on business requirements - Support day-to-day ERP operations and troubleshoot system issues 2. Process Analysis & Design - Work with functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing etc.) to understand current processes - Design optimized business workflows using Epicor tools and best practices - Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and document change impact 3. Customizations & Technical Support - Create BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and Reports (SSRS / Crystal Reports) - Collaborate with developers for customizations using Epicor tools or C# - Assist with UAT, data migration, and go-live activities 5. Training & Documentation - Conduct end-user training and prepare SOPs and user guides
