I have more than 20 years IT experience in Banking/Finance industry, with more than 10 years in supervisor role. In past years, I acquired solid hands-on experience in infrastructure design, system/network management, datacenter operations, and developed skills of project management, information security management, vendors management, etc. As a team-lead, I regard team spirit and inspiration are important to build-up a team; moreover, observation and insight are useful tools to manage the team. There was a 19 years experience staff who was inspired by me to revive his passion on work and made him finally become a group-lead. Not just simply play as a technical role, I drive the IT team become a “bridge” in several ways. I translate the unmanageable tech-words to easy-understanding clauses. I ask subordinates to design the systems more user friendly while users suffer less, IT can produce more.
