Dedicated to working with customers in the Fragrance market, technical service to promote existing and new products for target applications, typically in beauty and household formulations. Involvement in laboratory testing, in mind of laboratory best practice and OH&S guidelines

Technical support to Latin America customers and distributors for several market segments, including Specialty Chemicals, Home and Personal care, Coatings and Water treatment segments. Provided close support to customers through product recommendations and assisting in their product development, searching countertypes and laboratory test standard methods. Expanded knowledge in regulatory affairs and product stewardship to assist customers in new product development compliances and audit questionnaires from third parties. Monitoring customer quality complaints and investigations related to product performance, working and communicating with stakeholders. Key Projects: Technical colaboration in the creation of a sales brochure and documentation for metalworking fluid (MWF) segment, aimed to Latin America market. Implementation of improvement of workflow for evaluation of incoming water treatment samples at the R&D department.

Technical support to customers and distributors, responded to and accurately resolved customer inquiries and coordinated sample management. Direct involvement in the creation of a technical handbook of agrichemical formulation to Crop Defense segment.

Thesis: Development of Analytical method for determination of herbicide Bentazon in natural water Research in electrochemical behaviour of herbicide Bentazon performing in square wave voltammetry with boron-doped diamond electrode (BDD) in waters of Sao Paulo’s main reservoir. Voltammetry measurements were performed using the Potentiostat/Galvanostat AUTOLAB® and data analysis and graphing through the software OriginLab® 6.0 and Statistica. The study was developed at the university Electrochemical and Electroanalytical Laboratory (LABEE).

Thesis: Implementation of Project Improvements in Laboratory Analysis Service Implementation of PMBOK project management processes and knowledge in the laboratory analysis service of the water treatment segment.
