Analyzed and interpreted building plans, drawings, and blueprints to become familiar with current construction projects. Responsible for repairing electrical, carpentry and plumbing issues within the facilities. Planned timelines, cost estimates and executed all projects within projects of responsibility. Responsible for completing construction maintenance issues assigned to the company. Attended pre- design meetings to give input on designs and timelines to ensure that the project moved smoothly without needing any contract modifications or timeline adjustments. Served as Representative, actively inspected contracted work to ensure quality, timelines and all safety regulations were being followed throughout the entire construction process. Provided the engineering director with daily/weekly updates on all active construction projects. Created a filing system to track active, completed and under warranty service orders. Identified maintenance issues and coordinated with owners to prioritize work. Coordinated monthly facility inspections and documented/filed results of each inspection. Coordinated/Conducted initial and final walk-through inspections with contractors to create a punch-list of items that are deficient or not completed to customer’s agreement before official turnover occurred. Served as the credit card holder charged with preparing, reviewing, and purchasing all tools, equipment and building material to restock storage warehouse.
