· Full life cycle of implementation project from presales to system go-live. · Lead and primary HR module implementation consultant. · Provide support of ERP, maintain and stabilize HR modules in ERP system including payroll, time management, report design, etc. · Equipped with general Malaysia HR policies, procedures knowledge and understanding of end to end payroll process. · Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for conceptual design. · Participate in business process analysis, preparing blueprints, requirements analysis, design, configuration, and testing which includes unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and parallel testing. · Deliver end-user training. · Support IT and HR team of the clients after systems go live.
