Potential project acquisition and quotation, new project management, including project budget plan and control, project timing, quality and delivery management, as well as the project profitability.

Taking charge of the new Projects management, working as the contact window between customer and USI, communicate with customer for the new projects' files & specifications, also forward the files to related departments during new projects development, Schedule the milestone with customer for new projects and coordinate the internal project members to fulfill the projects' requirements on time, co-work with customer for new projects' PPAP so as to enter mass production, push QA to handle customer's complaint at prime time and improve customer's satisfaction continuously.

New products introduction and development, including car LED rear combination lighting, auto parking sensor & ECU, new projects' BOM create and maintain, study out the Process Flow Diagram and PFMEA for new perojects, handle the PCN and ECR, prepare the PV plan and perform all the PV items, submit PV report to customer, communicate with customer and clarify some enginnering issue, familiar with TS16949, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, etc.
