Dr. Zhang has been working in pharmaceutical and biotech industry for over 15 years focusing on anti-cancer drug research and development at various stages. She has worked on projects targeting signal transduction pathways, Heat Shock Proteins 90 and Cancer Metabolism. Her expertise covers target identification, assay development, compound screening, antibody-drug conjugation and screening (ADC), mechanism-of-action study, drug resistance and combination research, pharmacodynamic and xenograft efficacy studies, biomarker identification and validation, stratification of tumor types to support clinical path and proof-of concept, IND protocol preparation.
