Trouble shooting all Hardware (Computer, Dot Printers, Laser Printer, Copier, Barcode Printer and Barcode Scanner.) Trouble shooting all Networking (TCP/IP, NETBEUI, SPX/IPX and Internet.) Testing All New Hardware or Software Demo from Supplier or Internet Freeware.(Scanner, Printer, Wireless, Operating System, Internet Sharing, etc.) Administrator the Ms SQL 7.0 Server, Novel 4.0 Server, Windows NT 4.0 Server, Windows 2000 Server and Oracle 9i. Control all 60 branches Hardware Condition Status. Onphone, Online(Remote Access) Or Onsite Support all the 60 branches. Training New End User using POS system, Inventory system, Ms. Windows XP/2000/ME/98/95 OS, MS. Dos 3.1 OS, MS. Office XP/2000/97, Novell Client, Internet and PcAnywhere(Remote Access). Backup Or Recovery Database(MFoxplus, MS. SQL 7.0 and Oracle 9i.)
