Basically my job scope is to conduct full food tender through Ariba e-sourcing, sourcing of item.

Handle daily operation for Dorsett Grand Subang 1: using Fidelio for ordering 2: handling month cost saving report 3: Sourcing and assist hygiene manager on Halal Product and also application. 4: Dorsett Halal Committee 2016 5: Monitoring supplier performance 6: Assist on e-pocurement system implementation on 2016, include data cleansing, source GST number for all supplier in system through web. 7: Planing on tender excise for DML,GROCERY, PASTRY. 8: Monthly analysis on report, using excel to keep track on purchases, consumption report, compliance report, and saving report) 9: Halal renewal application of 0 NCR for 2017.
