* Responsibilities: * Prepare design drawing for manufacturing of Expansion Joint. * Make unnecessary changes required when there are amendments made to Expansion Joint. * Process simple 3D drawing for stress analysis report. * Produce drawing for forming machine modification. * Liasie with supplier for quotation. * Process purchase requisitions, purchase order and follow up of purchased materials from suppliers.

* Responsibilities: * Process design for manufacturing of metal case. (Step forming and progressive tooling). * Design measuring jigs and trimming jigs. * Make unnecessary changes required to die part drawings when there are amendments made to the metal case. * Coordinate the production of newly designed metal case for testing purpose. * Do counter measure on the die parts when there is problem in attaining the required metal case dimension.

* Responsibilities: * Tools design and detailing (Compound tool and fixtures). * Assist Senior Designer in modification (progressive tool) and detailing. * Coordinate and follow up on tooling fabrication until complete. * Liaise with vendor

* Responsibilities: * Assist engineer in 3D modeling for layout, equipments and parts. * Assist engineers in preparing 2D drawings for mechanical and electrical cables part. * Assist engineers in simple design task. * Make unnecessary changes required when there are amendments made.
