Brand: Old Navy (Active Kids) ▪ Managing whole Bulk production processes smoothly since get adopt orders till shipment. ▪ Coordinate/double checking all matetials price & shipment TNA and garment delivery pass off from dev teams, calling out challenging if any. ▪ Production Plan: Checking factory’s production plan and making agreement TNA for sample and materials plan. Weekly update on Buyer’s systems and make sure all are on track. ▪ Materials: Making Materials sheet, Checking consumption & Balance and purchasing materials. Working/ built up due date for LD/ bulk lot/ test report shipment plan with supplier to catch production schedule. ▪ Production: Daily checking/updating samples, material plan, factory’s daily report and prod plan to prevent prod’s risk. Dealing all related issues on production with factory, suppliers and buyer. ▪ Systems working: Working on Company’s SAP/QME for updating all order’s information/ materials order/ management stock and internal cost breakdown and payment. ▪ Keep contact with buyer to solving arising production issues, materials & production upcharges. ▪ Collaborate with function teams and Managers to ensure all issues are solved on time.

B/ Senior Merchandiser Handling US Fashion Brands (Jonathan Simkhai, Elie Tahari, Republic Clothing) & Leader of Company Brand – 5 Avenue ▪ Controlling all production processes from Development till garment shipment. ▪ Making/following up production plan, sample plan with buyer and factory. Make sure all departments and processes smoothly running & on time. ▪ Receiving development sample requests and orders from Buyers, dealing with buyers about contracts and pricing. ▪ Development & Sourcing: Sourcing materials for development samples and bulk if required from buyers. ▪ Costing: checking all TPs details, double-check pricing with suppliers, making buyer costsheet, Prod cost breakdown, annual profit report. ▪ Production Plan: Checking production plan with factories and make WIP to buyers. Checking factory production report (daily report, production plan) to ensure parties following up accordingly. ▪ Production: Checking consumptions, making Materials sheet, checking factory balance sheet and dealing with problems relating to materials with factories. ▪ Material orders: Ordering all trims & materials, following payment & materials delivery with suppliers. Making materials payment & materials shipment schedule to hit factory production schedules. ▪ Keep contact with buyer to solving arising production issues, materials & production upcharges. ▪ Working with Shipping dept. & Accounting dept. to ensure shipping documents submission and payment are correct. Chasing payment date with buyers.

▪ Samples: Working with buyers on TPs, arrange sample materials, Making/sending sample plan to factory. Manage sample schedule to meet Buyer’s requested date & match with production schedule. ▪ Production: create Materials Sheet, checking consumption, checking Factory’s balance sheet. Work with factory on materials schedule, address arising problem about quality & materials from factory to head office. ▪ Quality & shipment: Checking inline/final inspection and shipment schedule. Following Buyer’s QC and translate comments. Collaborate with Export team for ship quantity and shipdate.

▪ Shipment follow up: Update Order list and Monthly shipment schedule, manage shipment schedules between customers and factories. ▪ Shipping docs: working with forwarder for shipment booking & making Bill details. Working with factory for shipping instructions, shipping docs and make sure size BD/QTY is correct. ▪ Reports: Update Month payment report to accounting dept. and submit payment docs to buyers. ▪ Garments Packing: making packing instructions of each order based on tech pack & sending instruction to factory. Order local packing materials.
