Managed requirements to develop a single health portal integrating multiple fragmented systems which linked departmental portal to legacy systems and an external system. Managed requirements and design an online e-visa application for a visa product that allowed electronic lodgment, automatic grant, security checking, notification and automatic application processing features built in requiring zero manual intervention. Developed in-depth security assessment application that allows any product lodged to be automatically security assessed based on varying rules and conditions to allow targeted work flow management and in the long term better management of resourcing.
