• Application Specialist for a variety of sensors, including distance sensors, barcode readers, lidar rangefinders, RFID, radar sensors, encoders, and automated guided vehicles, primarily in the Logistics and Factory Automation sectors. • Skilled in on-site service and maintenance. • Lead technical support and site services for key accounts, including the Port of Singapore Authority (PSA), ensuring seamless operations. • Specialize in the installation and setup of sensor test stations and marketing demonstration units. • Serve as a trainer, conducting On-the-Job Training (OJT) for customer site engineers and technicians to ensure proficiency with equipment and systems. • Manage, track, and consolidate the inventory of all testing equipment used to support product demonstrations by the sales team across the APEC region.

• Responsible for commissioning, after sales support of AC and DC electrical charger systems and lithium-ion battery systems for electric vehicles and Energy Storage systems at the region countries such as Netherlands, Spain,India, Singapore, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Philippines. • Strong in analyzing and troubleshooting in Electronics and Electrical Systems at the regional site. • Conduct and provide On Job Training (OJT) to engineers and technicians at the customer site after the completion of the commissioning of the battery systems and electrical chargers. • Compiled and revised on technical manuals and troubleshooting guides for the battery systems and electrical chargers. • Continuously review of the systems process and performances such as simplified the battery systems and electrical chargers. systems circuitry designs which enable to improve and increase the systems performances and prevent unwanted wastage. • Assist the project manager and involves in project management such as safeguarding the budget for every projects from the tender phase till commissioning of the systems.

• Liaise with tripartite (SAF, DSTA, OEM) under Tri-Service (Army) Electro-optics contract for the EO support service our military defense forces and lead a team members of 8 associate engineers under this contract. • Skilled in troubleshooting and calibration/inspection in Electro-optics (EO) Test System. • A Trainer to conduct On Job Training (OJT) to associate engineers and technicians. • Continuously maintenance process and workflow improvement such as simplified the payment reports template and contract clauses in Tri-Service (Army) Electro- optics contract variation agreement. • Tracking, consolidating and presenting annually to clients on for the entire maintenance support program. • Sourcing alternative local vendors repair for obsolescence components.

• Regulated signaling points, trains’ and locomotives’ movements in the SMRT launched Circle Line by software systems interface with ISCS (Integrated Supervisory Control System- SCADA) by Singapore Technology Electronics and ATS (Auto Train Supervision) by Alstom as a TSC/DCO in the Operation Control Centre (OCC) at Kim Chuan Depot • Identified and isolated critical trains’ defects, alarms bugs of Circle Line system as a MCO • Maintenance support with tripartite (Land Transportation Authority, Singapore Technology Electronics and Alstom) before the commissioning of Circle Line stage 2 to be operational ready.
