Creating, planning and implementing of local sales go-to-market and strategic business development initiatives for the Digital Offerings, in line with the global MOSE Digital Sales strategy. Driving and ensuring achievement of sales targets, proactively anticipating, and identifying shortfalls in performance, and defining and implementing of improvement plans as needed. Developing and implementing annual sales plans dedicated to the country market needs in conjunction with the sales team. Developing service contracts leveraged in digital services. Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data to formulate the country plans with focused segments, solutions and channels. Identifying and evaluating opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a local basis, combining the portfolio offering to formulate and design a winning solution offering. Coordinating sales and marketing efforts and pricing policies that require channel/segment partner participation. Ensures appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities for the respective channel/segment Ensuring training for channel partners and ABB personnel of the digital MOSE portfolio (including technical training). Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in customers and partners and potential customer organizations and ensuring and proof value delivering to the customer. Driving sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate digital solutions knowledge (technical and sales) for each Salesperson.

Responsible for ABB industrail automation

Certified vibration analyst by Technical Association, ISO Cat II. -Carry out routine predictive maintenance, vibration analysis at field service in all sort industry eg: Cement, F&B, Steel, Gas produce r& etc. -Involved in Asset Efficiency Optimization program (AEO) at company's key account customers in nationwide to help customers to increase the overall efficiency of the entire plant. -Promote, process & win the predictive maintenance contract from key account customers. - Promote company's main 5 platform product to key segment industry (Cement, Pulp & paper, Palm oil, Quarry, Chemical, Oil & Gas) and present the value added selling from maintenance users to top managements. - Involve in repairing maintenance product. - Work closely with company main distributors to achieve the company's target and personal sales target. - Communicate with fellow colleagues from Asia Pacific region and work closely in terms of technical enquiries, project details as well as sharing success stories to apply it to professional value added selling at nation region - Develop sales of condition monitoring products and services. Working platforms are clients from hydrocarbon petrochemical refinery (Petronas, Shell, Esso), oleochemical industries ( Emery Oleochemiclas), industrial gases industries (Linde).
