For 2 years, I performed water allocation of Central Arizona Project (CAP) for various municipalities and other entities in Statewide Planning Division and provided a draft report for Arizona's 50-Year Water Plan (1985 - 2035). I developed water quality and budget (water supplies versus water uses or losses) for each one of the fifty groundwater basins in Arizona with assistance from other divisions of the Department. For the remaining time, I was assigned to a newly established Colorado River Water Management Section where the job included allocation of CAP water and reallocation of the remaining portion amongst users of the CAP water as well as tracking of direct water use from the River.

Joined Bridge Group and inspected over 3000 structures till mid 2007 -From mid 2007 to present date, I have reviewed bridge inspection reports prepared by other inspectors including on-call consultants as part of quality control efforts by ADOT. -During 2007 to present, also have provided overload permit authorizations for approximately 150 overload applications per year. -Additionally, provided numerous bridge information/evaluation for scoping documents related to highway construction projects. -We are now in the process of implementing a new software (PONTIS) for Bridge Management Inventory System. Data transfer and translation are being worked out while testing the software and debugging it. I have read the documentation for the new software prepared by Federal Highway Administration and have attended several training classes regarding the new inspection method. I hope to have a significant part in this transition period and beyond.

Studied Environmental Health with emphasis on Air Pollution and Industrial Hygiene. Completed Master of Public Health requirements and passed the final exam for MPH professional degree. Assisted a major study's chemical analysis needs for comparison of two populations (US and Japan) which led to coauthoring an article in a scientific journal (Environmental Mutagenesis)."]
