Performs key account analyses and reconciliations, including the timely investigation and resolution of discrepancies and reconciling items Monthly review and analysis of profit centers Analyzes financial results and variances, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the subsidiary general ledgers Prepare various financial reports for management and operations Enter journals entries, coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Participates in the annual audit and coordination with external auditors; ensures compliance with US GAAP, internal controls and Company policies and practices Manage staff of 3 Collectors and Staff Accountant Responsible for Distribution Division's aging and collections Produce reports detailing problem accounts and resolutions

Responsible for maintaining the general ledger and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of account reconciliations and financial statements prepared as part of the month-end close process, inclusive of providing financial analysis to Field Operations.
