I lead the Marketing team at Norwood, New Zealand’s largest farm machinery retailer. Norwood represents an extensive range of the world’s most trusted farm machinery, farming technology and construction equipment manufacturers. Our marketing team is made up of five individuals who look after anything and everything marketing and communications related. Marketing strategy, Copywriting, Internal Communications, Crisis Communication, Social Media Management and Customer Experience are just a few of the hats we wear each day. My career highlight so far has been leading the Norwood re-brand. This saw us combine two brands with 70 years worth of history into one brand that is firmly focused on putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
