This role includes the procurement and on-time submission of all project estimates to owners and CM firms. • Principle duties include the administration of accounts payable & receivables, project buyout, and overall management of projects once awarded including allocation of field personnel, and material documentation and procurement.  • Directly responsible for the award of two Elmington Senior Living property renovations and the successful execution of work to achieve Type B Medical Facility Licenses through the state of Texas' Department of Health & Human Services Commission.

Our diverse experience in all facets of the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of mission critical projects enables us to perform a significant role in the management of all aspects of a project or program. Our unique ability to offer such a diverse array of services allows us to transcend typical industry boundaries and foster a unified project environment. • Personally managed design development and , on-site, representation for Stream Data Center Ownership during the construction of a ground up 140,000 SF Data Center on a greenfield site in Garland, TX. • Principle duties include oversight of all design & construction related activities with focus on schedule and budget impacts, review and validation of all pay applications and change orders, lead OAC meetings and provide weekly project updates to ownership, management and commissioning of owner procured mission critical equipment, and directed communication between the design teams, general contractor and critical path trade-partners. • Personally managed the coordination between ONCOR Electric and Stream Realty Group for the construction of a new electrical substation adjacent to the Data Center property.

Member of the project team on the Harwood No. 10 class AA office tower, totaling 234,548 RSF of office and retail space spanning 22 floors in downtown Dallas. • Personally responsible for compiling, documenting and distributing accurate trade partner scopes through all design document phases including all addendum packages. • Principle duties also included document control of all RFI's & Submittals, review of all trade-partner change orders, validation of all pay applications, critical utility infrastructure coordination, procurement of all municipal permits and approvals, BIM coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trade-partners, and responsibility for maintaining the overall project schedule.

Poelman Construction is a small, family owned, general contracting firm that specializes in low to mid-rise hospitality and multifamily development. • Solely responsible for the generation of conceptual estimates to detailed project proposals derived from detailed take-offs and design coordination with clients. Following the award of a project the project manager, also the estimator, is responsible for managing and delivering the entire project through closeout. • Principle duties include preconstruction proposals, contract administration, project management and scheduling, document control, and budget management.

Cooper Construction is a General Contractor serving clients in many regions and have constructed millions of square feet of quality buildings across the United States. We specialize in warehouse/ distribution, industrial, multifamily, mixed use and commercial markets for private sector development. • Responsible for establishing project scope deliverables, soliciting, and indexing proposals from trade-partners on ground up FedEx Distribution Centers, ranging from 225,000-315,000 SF, throughout the Southern and Eastern regions of the United States.
