● Collaborated with Ocean Forwarders, Custom Brokers, Truckers, Vendor, and FDA to manage international and domestic inbound and outbound shipments. ● Monitored, tracked, and reconciled Bubble Tea & Beverage items inventory and made direct purchase from international/domestic suppliers. ● Generated RCCP and S&OP reports based on sales history, business & demand plan, inventory level and current market situation (ocean lead time & vendor’s production plan) to monitor and balance the supply and demand. ● Built various reports to monitor SCM KPI index and identified area to improve.

● Used excel formulas, and VBA to manage and create the reports based on upper management need. ● Placed the production orders of home appliance products for the builder account to the HQ on weekly base. ● Allocated the supply to the customers based on the priority. ● Utilized the SAP to manage the open orders for home appliance products.

● Managed Freight Forwarding, Inland Transportation, and prepared the documents of Export & Import. ● Utilized Global Logistic ERP system to manage business process from booking creation to account receivable. ● Communicated with clients to specify transfer requirements of their products (grain & soybeans & fruits) ● Built weekly forecasting tool about number of containers I had to reserved for my clients by using excel.

● Managed Supply Chain KPI including Forecasting Accuracy, Direct shipment OTD%, Cash Conversion days, Return Rate, In-Stock- Availability, and Long-Term Inventory Rate. ● Proactively engaged with PSI & S&OP managers to share issues and assisted to analyze root cause of problem. ● Worked on daily assignment which assigned from Operation & PSI managers by using excel (VBA) and Tableau. ● Assisted order management team and direct shipment team to summarized weekly customer orders and submitted the production order to the oversea factory by using ERP system

I have fervently learned supply chain knowledge from lectures and I also have learned a way to apply my supply chain knowledge to the different business programs in order to accelerate my daily responsibility at work, visualize the data, and find the root cause of the problem.
