O&M Passive & Active , Rollout TE & CW

Full responsibility on Managing the telecom passive Network( Grid , DG , DG Batteries & Solar ) Operations objectives in the field, which includes performing preventative & Corrective maintenance End to End responsibility, Health & Safety Audit, Spare Part Management , keeping of site and test equipment inventories and managing 3rd party suppliers. • Responsible for Inconsistencies Checks, Packet Throughput, Parameter changes & Physical changes. • Manage the day-to-day operations o, ensures that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures. • Lead in the setting of standards target • Monitor and control expenses related to operation work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are met. • Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines. • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices. • Act as a mentor for the younger engineers. • Develop Complete preventive maintenance schedule, • Ensure complete compliance for all Network assets. • Identify and ensure that major inspection discrepancies are reported appropriately and corrected in a timely manner. • Respond quickly and effectively to resolve various trouble tickets, monitoring system and network performance issues in accordance with applicable policies, standards and procedures. • Serve on a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs and maintenance and Insure satisfactory completion of work by subcontractors and internal crews. • Output Daily and monthly report to customer

700 sites Installation ,Integration , swap & Acceptance Main Tasks Create, maintain and manage deployment of Master plans, including sub-contractors, quality management plans Output the rollout plan and communicate the monthly target to zone manager according to master plan Liaise with Project Director and customer as needed for escalations on scope, processes and/or budget. Prepare and maintain resource plan and forecast including own resources, subcontractor needs and tools. Monitor, track and ensure deliveries of equipment’s and installation materials. Secure availability and accuracy of deployment work orders sent to field planning & dispatching and resolves any issues raised by field teams. Finalize the equipment installation acceptance with proper contractual documentation and generate Acceptance Documentation according to acceptance protocol or agreement. Ensure that job drawings are updated as per As-built documentation and/or As-installed specifications Perform regular meetings with customer to monitor progress and solve potential issues.

Full responsibility on corrective Maintenance. Manage 7000 CM WO per Month for 5000 Sites within SLA according to contract Keep Network Availability at 98 % according to contract Define FM process and Target Plan and execute 6000 Preventive Maintenance per Year Plan and execute 700 DG Preventive Maintenance per Year Manage and monitor site refuelling Mains Resources : 185 FM engineer 16 FM TL 04 Zone Manager 25 Subco teams
