Be accountable for whole controlling, analysis and management reporting of 5 logistic business: Import-Export logistic, Ocean freight, Landside service, Warehousing, Air freight. They are included but not limited for: - Job costing analysis - Analyzing profitability of each job - Reviewing all accounting posting Opex - Performing management report in HFM - Annual budget for those business units and reporting. - Performance following and analyzing.

• Finishes internal reports, revises and updates reports to be more useful and efficient. • Assists to Finance Manager to finish all schedules, assure the system of internal controls and the system of accounting controls are more efficient. • Making cost analysis report to Finance Manager. • Collecting documents to do standard cost in accounting system. • Performing Tax reports, status of project implementation, reviewing bank reconciliation, making stock report, inter-company reconciliation. • Performing stock recalculating base on recipe, stock revaluation and making inventory provision for fiscal year. • Classifying fixed assets and calculating depreciation. • Attending tax refund in F&N Company.

In charge or inventory management and costing calculation and controlling. It included but not limited of the following: - Calculation costing as standard from product recipe and identifying variances. - Lead of company inventory stock take and variance analysis. - Managing stock aging report and inform to supervisor for adapt action needed. - Book keeping of inventory and costing variance in accounting system. - Making inventory revaluation at the year end as well as provision as group guideline.

In charge of company payment included verifying sufficient document as legal and group requires. - Reconciliation bank statement and accounting transaction and balance. - Performance payment and verifying sufficient documentation requires. - Reconcile supplier outstanding and supplier aging. - Booking keep for controlling and tax purpose.
