• Lead S&OP meeting to update performance and aligned with the company budget • Review sale history, analyze critically demand trend and develop forecast model with closely monitoring the forecast number daily • Generate and update the demand plans including the monthly/ad-hoc promotions, new product introduction, baseline/uplift, seasonality adjusted • Provide expert input into the system for purchasing properly in line to the budget • Build a good relationship and collaboration with Merchandise, Trade Marketing, Sale team, Supply Chain. Especially, work closely with Commercial team and Supplier to ensure the high forecast accuracy • Provide the insight by weekly/monthly reports and discuss with CEO and management team for the alternative scenarios and proposed solutions with actions and timeline • Work with relevant stakeholders to review and take actions for slow moving and obsolete stocks

• Forecast and order the correct stock at the right time and improve vendor service level • Manage and control stock level and aging stock to align with company target • Review stores ordering, replenishment and allocation to ensure stock availability for both underlying and promotional items. • Coordinate with cross-functional team e.g. category manager and store operations to ensure stock availability during seasonal period. • Manage ordering volume to be in line with Distribution Centre for workload plan • Investigate root causes of Aging stock and High value stock and provide action plan to reduce aging and high value stock with specific timeline • Monitor and provide action plans to fix the root cause of issues at both Distribution Centre and stores. • Work closely with Buyers and Vendors on Vendor Service Level improvement. • Continuously improve and automate store ordering process to ensure better availability at stores, simpler working process for team. • Leading and coaching Supply Chain team to achieve the right stock levels
