Responsibilities/ Accountabilities And Authorities: • Monitor quality control/assurance program, test results and Lab equipment. • Control Quality System implementation to ensure effective implementation and compliance to ISO17025. • Serve as a key person to implement and oversee Laboratory Calibration Program to establish and ensure reliability in vendor test results. • Assist in overseeing day to day operation of HBI Regional Laboratory to ensure smooth operation and reliable test results. • Monitor and report supplier’s performance trends as well as consider necessary actions to improve supplier performance. • Interface with management on special projects/requests. • Participate in qualify & duplicate materials from supplier as well as develop new material & technology. • Identify, develop and implement processes to improve the quality tests and services • Research & develop new testing methods in HbI lab. • Serve as a technical representative of HBI Regional Lab in providing guidance on HbI Test Methods and to internal and external parties. • Take direction from Regional Lab Manager to make final judgment of submissions • Take measures to keep HBI Regional Lab running efficiently by developing and implementing quality control programs • Assume technical responsibilities to counsel lab staffs with regard to problems encountered in daily operation. • Participate in department, inter-department and interfacility projects which help laboratory achieve its goals of providing service and client support in cost effective manner. • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and ensuring competency of Lab staffs. • Monitor Correlation Program with ASTM, AATCC & ISO for physical testing Achievements: • Achieved ISO 17025 Accreditation in 2021 • Opportunity to work in HBI corporation global supply chain • Communicate with many suppliers as well as internal & sourcing vendors • Improve the management skill in organizing jobs, appraising performance of subordinates.

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities And Authorities: • Prepare sufficient relevant documents, equipment and ensure that they are in proper working condition before performing testing • Mastered test method/ standards, as well as the client’s requirement before testing. • Keep the office duly informed for any abnormalities happen in the testing site. • Follow up testing procedure and work instruction. • Carry out testing job independently. • Report to Supervisor/Manager. • Review the worksheet: Check worksheet, insert information in logbook and TIPS, contact with coordinator if there is any problem. • Divide and manage the group’s job. • Conduct physical and shrinkage tests: Tearing strength, Tensile strength, Bursting strength, Flammability, Dimensional stability… • Final check the test results: Collect the datasheet, check information and result on data sheet, insert the log-out time into logbook and TIPS, collect the tested and original samples. • Deliver the results to finalization group Achievements: • Working in a professional environment laboratory. • Opportunity to be trained in Intertek Ho Chi Minh. • Experience audit from ISO, AATCC, global audit, customers. • Improve the personal skill in testing field, also the management skill.

Dyeing Factory: • Operate dyeing machines: Air Flow and Water Flow. • Find out the structures of the machines and their functions. • Adjust the parameters of the machine • Set up dyeing program Color Matching Department: • Used familiar with DCI matching. • Determine changes the color shade with different light in light box. • Adjust the recipe whether the color is matched with the standard. • Find out the reason when the color is not OK. • Offer the solutions when meet some dyeing defects Production Technology Department: • Get new order about the color sample from costumer and make the Lab Dip. • Analysis and choose the suitable dyestuffs. • Send color sample to costumer to approve, receive the costumer’s feedback. • Testing the colorfastness belong to the customer’s request. • Use the grey scale to evaluate the colorfastness is OK or not.
