Report to CFO, the position KPIs is to manage whole division financial planning, analysis and reporting to drive the heating growth at 24% YOY - Strengthen processes to manage retail operation with compliance and transparent information to drive the business in line with strategic direction. - Participate on strategic decision on channels sale driven, investment focus - Strengthen compliance among young team - Act as business partner to enhance sustainable growth of Vichy and accelerate double growth of La Roche Posay YOY - Group reporting on time, accuracy Matrix report to BU General Manager - Assurance of budget follow up: • gross to net strictly control by each channel, key commercial partners • A&P in line with budget & forecast by product by customers, present as business partner in validating the return on investment and reinvest in any opportunity to accelerate the growth of brands. • Fixed cost strictly follow up to ensure in line with budget - Produce ad-hoc reports up on business requirements Achievement: - Put whole retail channel in the right execution shape by standardize stock, cash procedures. - Put in place the ROI concepts and template support commercial team on each strategic investment decision - Put the frame on budget cascaded by channel, by function and give the freedom in trust with proper following up on monthly/quarterly basic

Reporting to Controlling Head and CFO, managed finance function 400 Bio VND of customer allowance, promotion and advertising expenses, including financial analysis, budgeting and compliance. - Developing processes to strengthen the business flexibilities, simplifying procedure, create effective tools to increase team productivities toward both commercial team & marketing team. - Actively participate to strategic decision/action from management team toward the changes of market. - Assurance the compliance through each activity with external/internal norms - Presented of business partner to advise commercial team and marketing team on each individual business cases to support business growth of 25% while the market growth of 5%, finance funding for new brands launches of 50 Bio VND - Completed division financial/accounting management reports with accuracy and on time

Reporting to Finance manager, managed accounting function including financial analysis, cash flow management, reporting and compliance. - Presented of business partner to support business growth of 8% while the construction industry was on struggle. - Finance funding for 2.6 MEUR new projects per year - Completed whole entity financial management tax reports with accuracy and on time - Lead team of 5 sub-ordinates

Reporting to Zone CFO, managed finance function including financial analysis, cash flow management, reporting and compliance. - Lead project for Vietnam centralizing accounting team and process to Share Service Center. - Dedicated responsible to switch accounting function from RO to Registered company in Vietnam - Completed entity financial management and tax reports with accuracy and on time - Lead team of 5 sub-ordinates (base at India) & 1 staff base in Vietnam
