Main responsibilities: - Coordinate and work closely with HRM and hiring managers on recruitment needs and plans. - Responsible for the whole recruitment activities and delivery of recruitment services to ensure the hiring quality as well as professionally provide the interview and consultant to candidates - Update recruitment database and build the talent pool of qualified candidates in advance of need - Provide consultancy to hiring managers about searching strategy, define the assessment processes & tools with the hiring manager, and update the hiring manager about hiring status. - Review, evaluate, and recommend sources of candidates. - Prepare and post job ads, sourcing candidates, and execute the recruitment and selection process & ensure the quality of people recruited in the area assigned. - Support hiring managers on recruitment related policies, processes, and skills to ensure their understanding and compliance with the policies and processes, as well as develop their hiring capabilities. - Prepare different reports to meet the status update need - Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager

Identifying and developing client/business relationships. Searching for suitable candidates and maintaining a - candidate database. Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client. Managing the process from processing resumes, arranging interviews to the offer stage. Negotiating offer package between client and candidate.

*Teaching Assistants Supervisor: - Recruiting and training teaching assistants (TAs). - Arranging working schedule and checking attendance. - Making sure that TAs get paid correctly and on time. *Material Officer: - Checking, ordering and making sure that stationary is enough for use in the whole center. - Arranging room schedule for classes. - Ordering books and managing books. - Supporting with facility

- Making phone calls for students in ASEAN countries (ID, TH, PH, MY) to offer job opportunities in Japan. - Making researches of ASEAN markets (universities, academic calendars, etc.). - Creating campaigns for social media advertising (Facebook and mass email system). - Supporting for events such as recruitment seminars or job fairs. - Researching and contacting vendors for venues.
