Provide backend support for Seagate internal training program. In-charge of the WI/WX of the Seagate industry 4.0 portal. Built a real-time dashboard on Smartsheet to help the upper management keep track of their Machine-Learning project deployment progress. Worked with a senior project manager to design data collection system for users to update their project progress

Help Implement new leadership structure within the class. This lead to the creation of many new leadership positions for the students such as “NE Ambassadors” and “Value Champions”. Also in-charge of organizing the initiation ceremony for the new leaders. Involved in the designing an interschool leadership program for 80 students. It enabled students leaders of Pathlight to engage with leaders from mainstream schools, planning interschool activities. Part of programme’s Planning Committee for the Secondary 3 Camp, involving 100 students. Liaised with external vendors to ensure that there are strong support structures to ensure the needs of the students are taken care of.

Managed and commanded an active team of three fight fighters, and in charge of all administrative correspondence, internal or external, of the platoon. Involved in firefighting operations such as the Sungei Kadut fire and ExxonMobil Plant fire. In charge of conducting onboarding training sessions for new fire fighters and external engineers.
