* Responsible for the overall coordination of a building project (a residential and a commercial building) with a construction cost of more than US $ 2.5 million. * Main responsibilities: * Lead planning and implementation of this project. * Monitor planning and schedule project timelines. * Manage and supervise six contractors with an average of 40 daily workers on site. * Monitor progress and report on progress to stakeholders. * Results: * Delivered a new, 4 story apartment building including 3 penthouses all within specifications. * Delivered 8 restored apartments and 2 commercial stores within a monumental building.

* Responsible for supporting a project focusing on optimization of 1,200 pump stations. * Main responsibilities: * Analyze and transfer data from structural drawings to spread sheets and graphs. * Carry out miscellaneous duties as requested in this Pump Stations Optimization Project.

* Responsible for supporting water related projects throughout Mexico. * Main responsibilities: * Support the general management of the Program for Sustainability of Water Supply and Sanitation Services in Rural Communities (PROSSAPYS II) with a total budget of US $500 million. * Manage a bidding project for a US $1 million consultancy project. * Results: * Narrowed down the proposals for the consultancy project to a shortlist of 15 companies. * Controlled and monitored payments to the selected consultancy companies in order to prevent mismanagement and corruption.
