I would describe myself as; AI-native product guy who builds intelligent systems. Instead of: classic product manager with AI interest. Products are entering a new phase. For decades we built tools people operate... and love to operate. Now we’re building systems that observe, reason, and act on behalf of people. That shift changes how products are imagined, built, and run. That’s exactly the space I operate in. I build AI-native functions, products, platforms, and organizations via orchestrating models, agents, tools, and data into systems that generate insights, create experiences, and make decisions. As VP of Product at Insider, I’m helping evolve our platform from traditional Martech into an AI-operated tech company focused on growth, while experimenting with new ways software can design, build, and improve itself. Over the last decade I’ve helped startups and scale-ups grow from 0 → N. In the AI era, that means something different: designing systems where product, data, and intelligence compound together. A big part of my work is training my taste... learning to choose the right problems, recognize the right solutions early, and guide teams toward ideas that actually matter. Most of my time goes into: • orchestrating AI, tools, and agents into coherent product systems • reshaping how teams think about building software in the AI era • experimenting with new product-creation loops between humans and machines • turning complex technical capabilities into simple product experiences Because great products aren’t built by features. They’re built by systems, taste, and people.
