The Zell Lurie Commercialization Fund (ZLCF) is a student-led venture capital fund at the University of Michigan established to invest in start-ups across industries including biotech, consumer products, cleantech within the Michigan community and surrounding Midwest.

Established in 2015 by former partners at AEA Investors, EverYi Capital is a consumer-focused private equity firm in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Singapore. I reported directly to general partners, evaluated investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, and built financial models while managing the deal process from sourcing to execution. I also supported portfolio companies post-investment and was responsible for investor relations by preparing reports, addressing inquiries, and assisting with fundraising.

I reported directly to the CFO and managed all aspects of investor relations, including communication with shareholders, analysts, and the broader market. I oversaw investment portfolios, led capital market strategies, and managed corporate restructuring and fundraising initiatives.

I managed investor communications, enhanced the company’s ESG profile, and ensured business continuity during global disruptions. Additionally, I worked closely with the executive team to align investor expectations with corporate performance and strategy.
