As a Senior Early Talent Recruiter at Warner Bros. Discovery, I lead the Global Tech Internship Program where I manage the end-to-end recruitment process and program management for interns across the global tech organization. I collaborate with hiring managers, university partners, and tech talent to deliver a world-class internship experience that aligns with WBD's vision and values. I joined Warner Bros. Discovery in June 2021 after working as a Senior Campus Recruiter at Guidepoint where I supported the hiring of associates and interns for the global expert network platform. I have a BA in Economics from Bucknell University and I am passionate about connecting students with exciting and meaningful opportunities in the media and tech industry. I have strong skills in recruitment, customer relationship management, and program management, and I thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
