Led APAC regulatory reporting technology transformation—owning platform and data architecture, programme governance, and multi-location rollout. • Managed a strategic transformation programme, leveraging Agile delivery to improve Finance process efficiency through deep process analysis. • Introduced new project governance and control processes to improve system stability and data quality. • Led system and data architecture design for a new APAC regulatory reporting platform covering 2,000+ reports and 400 end users; built the corresponding data management model. • Successfully rolled out the new platform across APAC and expanded coverage from Finance reports to non-Finance / Operations regulatory reporting. • Implemented a data quality control framework to improve data reliability and resolve “red flag” issues highlighted by regulators. • Scaled delivery capability by growing the regional team and implementing an offshore programme to India; adopted modern tooling/architecture (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, microservices) to streamline processes and reduce BAU cost.

Delivered client and sales analytics to improve campaign execution, productivity, and growth across APAC Wealth Management. • Supported APAC sales campaigns by screening client books, identifying opportunities, and tracking progress to improve sales efficiency and Net New Money generation. • Produced regular management reporting and communications for Sales Managers, Market Heads, and the CEO Office (e.g., Share of Wallet, Recurring Revenue, Net New Money, product penetration, RM activity tracking). • Performed quantitative/statistical analysis on client portfolios and trading patterns to support cross-sell and asset re-allocation recommendations for relationship managers. • Led delivery for a new Client Analytics System (Data Mining module): business case, requirements specification, and delivery progress monitoring.

• Acted as business project manager controlling budget, schedule, and risks for regional finance initiatives; maintained senior stakeholder communication and resolved cross-functional conflicts. • Ensured monthly financial data submissions complied with group accounting policy and evolving business model requirements. • Produced business cases, requirements specifications, and led UAT for a Financial Data Warehouse and SAP General Ledger integrating financial and non-financial data (e.g., CRM) for reporting/submission. • Implemented KPI models across MIS and performance reporting for Wealth Management, distributed to senior management and market heads. • Represented Wealth Management Accounting in setting up new branches in China and India; participated in business model discussions with Front Office, Operations, and Legal to ensure front-to-back dataflow met Accounting/Controlling reporting needs. • Partnered with Business/Product Controllers on performance analysis (sales tracking, product P&L, business activity analysis) to support senior management decision-making. • Drove process re-engineering and automation to improve data quality and operational efficiency, including booking model and chart of accounts enhancements.
