Develop real-time software systems for hydrofoil vessels, covering flight control, propulsion monitoring, safety logic, data acquisition, internal tools and deployment automation. Key responsibilities and contributions: • Develop and maintain real-time C++ control software for hydrofoil vessels, including logic related to ride height, pitch, roll, yaw, propulsion and vessel state monitoring. • Implement fault detection and safety mechanisms using sensor signals such as IMU data, motor current, RPM, temperature, battery status and communication health. • Build monitoring logic with threshold detection, persistence filtering, recovery behaviour and protective setpoint generation for real-time vessel operation. • Support sensor integration and runtime configuration for control tuning, simulation modes and deployment-specific parameters. • Develop structured logging and data acquisition systems used during flight and water trials for debugging, validation and performance analysis. • Design and build internal desktop tools using Vue 3, Electron and Node.js to support test operations, safety checklists, real-time session logging and automated file export. • Contribute to CI/CD workflows, automated versioning and release packaging for software deployment across multiple vessels.
