I have solid technical understanding in Textile Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) and I use this knowledge together with my 6 years of experience (2020 - Present) within the B2B textile supply chain. Through this ongoing experience, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the entire supply chain from raw materials to the factory floor and commercial strategy to market development and that allows me to serve as a highly effective conduit between technical production and market demand.The main stages of my professional development can be summarized as the following: 🔹 The Foundation - Quality Control & Testing (2020 - 2021):I was working in the Physics Lab at Intertek at this time until I became the Quality Manager for the Aprons & Cots group at Vinatex Phu Cuong. It was a time where I developed a very analytical way of thinking, a very strong risk management perspective, and the ability to review fabric and yarn for the highest possible level of application against global standards. 🔹 The Transition - Product Research & Development (2022 - 2023):PPJ Group Knitting Product Development Specialist. The majority of my work was focused on developing techniques to identify future materials used in the development of products related to market or client needs, material feasibility, and crossfunctional collaboration in the development of samples supporting the commercial production of products. The Commercial Phase B2B Sales & Account Management (2023-present):entered the commercial market as a Sales Executive at Viet Hong Textile JSC. My job was to create business opportunities through projects I developed and managed various corporate accounts, provided consultation for materials used, negotiated contracts, tracked payments based on ETD and established long-term strategic partnerships. With my ability to think logically, conduct market research and strong communication and presentation skills, I contribute value to businesses through my market knowledge by working in B2B Sales, Sourcing & Supply Chain Management, and Textile Market Research & Development roles.Hey there!
