• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for Japan and Korea, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. • Use agencies, Bizreach, and other platforms to find top candidates. • Collaborate with global and APAC teams to align strategies and share resources. • Manage ATS workflow and track candidate progress. • Partner with hiring managers to create recruitment strategies and extend offers. • Work with HR to ensure smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.

• Establish working relationships with distributors in Middle East GCC countries (6 countries). • Manage complete catalog development cycle. • Generate contracts between Toyota and distributors in English (approximately 100 contracts). • Translated/edited marketing materials, including sales manual and meeting materials, into English/Japanese. • Interpreted at meetings with distributors. • Manage sales and marketing budget. • Invoicing using Toyota system. • PA to General Manager: scheduling, travel arrangements, setting up meetings, etc.

• Establish working relationships with licensors (e.g. Hollywood studios: MGM, FOX, CBS, etc.) and licensees. • Negotiate with licensors to draft license agreements and deal memos for licensees. • Prepare royalty reports, issue invoices and confirm timely payments. • Assist licensees in Japan in managing the product development process.

• Work with over 150 licensees to develop innovative, high-quality products that reflect the essential qualities of WB and DC Comics properties. - Arrange product development meetings to discuss branding ideas and approaches for new product line - Provide creative direction and artwork as needed • Negotiate with licensees on contract renewals: term, royalties and products. • Work with the corporate office, especially the sales and marketing teams, to establish a brand strategy for licensed products/promotions.

• Support approximately 50 licensees on a daily basis: brand control to ensure all products follow brand strategy and image across all properties. • Establish strong working relationships with the Brand Assurance and Creative departments at headquarters. • Translate creative/marketing reports into Japanese.

• Manage localization and multilingual design projects. - Select appropriate translators, engineers, and designers for each project - Proofread/edit Japanese and English texts to ensure translation quality - Translate from English to Japanese/Japanese to English • Assistant to the President.
