Currently pursuing my MBA at Asia Pacific University (APU), Kuala Lumpur, while actively developing assertive leadership, the kind that balances clarity with empathy, and confidence with accountability. Previously worked as Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance at Sid’s Farm Pvt Ltd, where I led end-to-end plant quality operations. What began as an internship turned into a fast-tracked growth journey: Intern → Team Lead → Assistant Manager. I built and led a team of 25 (starting from 6), and reported directly to the VP of Operations, later to the MD. Academically, I hold an M.Tech in Food Processing Technology, graduating as batch topper with a CGPA of 9.6/10. I’m also a certified FSMS (Food Safety Management Systems) Lead Auditor, with strong foundations in food safety, systems thinking, and operational leadership. My strengths? Apart from the technical skills everyone mentions, integrity, and ownership are values that have shaped how I lead people, improve processes, and take responsibility for outcomes. Now I’m combining that hands-on experience with strategic thinking through my MBA, working toward leadership roles where purpose, performance, and people go hand in hand.
