• Direct production operations including scheduling. • Coaching, training, and developing of employees. • Planning the job as per machines feasibility. • Checking customer Specifications of New Job for arranging the things required for. • Co-ordination with Purchase or Store Department for raw material. • Ink Drawdown Checking. • Job Approval for Correct shade and positions. • Co-ordination with Pre-press department for any corrections required during printing. • Interaction with marketing team or Customer if any queries during Printing. • Shade Card Approval according to customer Sample or Pantone No. before sending to customer. • Help to find out any problems comes regarding to printing machines & Die cutting Machines. • New Job approval for Braille, Punching, Foiling as per customer requirements. • Scheduling machines maintenance without hampering the production & sales targets. • Monitoring the regularly used Raw materials like chemicals, blankets, Cito & maintain the impressions data of Die. • Handling the manpower in a diplomatic way & motivating them together.

~ Post Press Production • Understanding different nature of jobs, machines feasibility & implementation of jobs. • Time motion study of each & every job. • Improving work and equipment efficiencies with measurable numbers. • Ensure to GMP maintained on production floor. • Production planning improvement & proper execution • Inprocess quality control • Man-power Management. • Maintained customers requirements. • Inventory Management.
