Facilities Management Site: Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI) & Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) • Supported national-level press conferences for Ministers, managing AV systems, lighting, sound, and media broadcast requirements. • Conducted weekly AV inspections and executed pre-emptive tests for critical government events. • Managed AV inventory, vendor scheduling, and quarterly preventive maintenance. • Delivered user training, escalated AV issues, and ensured rapid troubleshooting for high-priority scenarios. • Led duty rostering, coordinating team schedules and resource allocation.
