▶︎Managing CNC Product Development Supervised the entire CNC product development process and the team, starting from 3D modeling through to Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) ▶︎Sample Manufacturing Managed the sample manufacturing process, overseeing the creation of over 100 samples annually

▶︎Material Identification Identified potential industrial waste materials by collaborating with major companies in Sri Lanka, including those in the garment, industrial, and import/export sectors ▶︎Upcycled Material Development Developed over 25 innovative upcycled materials from identified waste, contributing to sustainable product design ▶︎Product Design: Designed and developed products that could be manufactured from the newly developed upcycled materials ▶︎Community Engagement Worked with the team to identify potential community groups capable of manufacturing the products, and provided training to these groups ▶︎Brand Development Assisted in developing 3 brands for the community groups, helping them establish a market presence that led to a 300% increase in daily income.
