I started working at 14—doing whatever it took, from retail assistance to teaching computers. Those early years shaped how I view work, responsibility, and people. That grounding still defines how I build businesses today. I’m the Founder & Managing Director of Vertoz (NSE: VERTOZ). Over the last two decades, along with my brother Ashish, I’ve focused on building Vertoz with a clear belief: growth must be secure, well-governed, and sustainable. We operate across digital platforms where trust, compliance, and execution matter as much as innovation. Today, my work is centered around: • Building governance-led and security-first digital platforms • Scaling businesses with discipline, not shortcuts • Cybersecurity, risk awareness, and operational resilience • Strengthening leadership, finance, and compliance foundations • Long-term value creation over short-term noise I’m deeply involved in shaping how Vertoz scales—ensuring that processes, people, and controls evolve alongside growth. I believe strong companies are built quietly, with clarity, accountability, and consistency. Outside Vertoz, I enjoy working with founders who want to build durable, well-run businesses. I prefer conversations about execution, structure, and sustainability over hype-driven narratives. On a personal note, I continue to learn every day—from mentoring young talent, from hands-on problem-solving, and from my children, Hitaarth and Mantra—who constantly remind me to stay curious and grounded.
