I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can bring structure to chaos, whether that’s running complex interview pipelines, keeping high-velocity leaders ten steps ahead, or making sure the day-to-day just works without friction. I’m calm under pressure, highly intuitive, and genuinely invested in helping teams scale in a thoughtful, strategic way. I take my work seriously, but I’m also fun to work with — which, in my opinion, matters just as much!
