* Supervising accounting team Making procedures, rules and policies for the company * Dealing with vendors in terms of the delivery on time and negotiating contracts with competitive prices for the company. * Preparing monthly closing with financial statement ,including comments on the cost variances vs previous results * Applying procedures and policies in the accounting process.

* Time table Schedule preparation for the Geo market: Monthly, Quarterly & Yeard end * Monthly provisions to cover the incoming costs. * Support cost Analysis. * Monthly revenue control vs forecast. * Monthly P&L review (compensations , field cost, IBT and net income). * Monthly P&l commentary based on the costs variation vs previous months. * Fixed asset movement analysis * Balance sheet note exposure report analysis. * Area recognition matrix revenue report. * Quarterly forecast review. * Annual budget ( support costs, revenue, DSO, field technical equipment and non field technical equipment, year P&L forecast, headcount, travel and entertainment, DIR etc..) * Year end release provisions ( annual bonus) * Year end excess provision report.

* processing inter company transactions to other Schlumberger branches * Reconciliation subsystem vs GL * Outstanding invoices confirmation with other Geo Markets. * Monthly netting payment preparation.

* Processing invoices,Bank reconciliations. * Meeting with the clients to follow up the payments. * WH tax reconciliation against de invoices. * Cash application. * Internal meeting with the operations.

* Daily operating expenses control and coding set up correctly * Monthly P&L review * Follow the operations of the different production lines * Supervise accounting team * Attend meetings as required by the Government. * Traveling to attend Financial seminars of the company. * Monthly provision account review * Monthly Revenue and EBIT comments on the business * Apply the new company policies and implement new procedures. * Monthly Balance Sheet account review and clean up . * Involved on the physical Count exercise and take the appropriate provision on the pontential risk * Monthly accruals review * Supporting product lines and providing more clarification on their respective P&l * Monthly Bank Book review * Monthly Cash Book review * Daily third party invoices coding review * Suppliers o Vendors payments review and ensuring appropriate supporting documents are in place. * Review local compliance. * Maintain the appropriate Internal Control in line with the company policies
